Whether you have a sketch, a digital model or an existing design, we help make your idea tangible through 3D design, wax printing and vacuum casting.
Own foundry · Technical guidance · B2B
Using Matrix Gold CAD, our ProJet MJP 2500W wax printer and our own vacuum foundry, we guide your project from design to finished casting.
From one model to a series. Open a service and discover the possibilities.
Professional 3D jewellery design with Matrix Gold CAD software. We turn your ideas into detailed digital models ready for 3D printing and casting, from simple rings to complex sculptures and collections. You receive realistic renders for approval before production starts.
Discuss your project ↗High-resolution 3D printing for jewellery with a 3D Systems ProJet MJP 2500W using 100% castable VisiJet wax. Resolution reaches 8 microns in ZHD mode or 16 microns in XHD mode, producing highly detailed patterns for lost-wax casting. The wax material supports clean castings with sharp detail.
Discuss your project ↗Professional vacuum casting in our own foundry. We cast gold, silver, platinum and common precious metal alloys. The vacuum process helps fill moulds completely and reduces porosity. We cast twice a week, on Wednesday and Thursday, and can also discuss custom alloys.
Discuss your project ↗Custom semi-finished components in gold, silver and platinum for jewellers and jewellery brands, from stone settings to links, pendants and earring hooks. We cast them in your chosen alloy and can make larger quantities or series.
Discuss your project ↗We offer competitive rates for series production. Whether you need 10 or 100 pieces, we plan efficiently and aim for consistent quality. Once developed, a model can be produced again for collections or bestsellers.
Discuss your project ↗We prefer to work with recycled precious metals. We can also process your own old gold or silver into new pieces. This saves material and can reduce costs. We work with trusted refiners and can provide certificates of material origin.
Discuss your project ↗Unsure whether your design can be cast? We can advise on wall thicknesses, sprues, shrinkage and other technical details to avoid delays and unnecessary costs.
Discuss your project ↗We can finish cast pieces to the level you need, from removing sprues to a fully polished finish. You choose how much finishing work we carry out before the piece returns to you.
Discuss your project ↗We discuss your idea, requirements and technical options.
We turn the idea into a CAD model and render.
After approval, we print a prototype so you can examine the model physically before casting.
After wax printing, the model takes shape in our vacuum foundry.
We finish the casting according to the agreed specifications.
Your design is ready for the next stage in your business or collection.

We first develop the shape digitally, then print it in wax. Our ProJet MJP 2500W produces detailed models at a resolution of 8 or 16 microns.
We then cast the design in precious metal. Casting takes place on Wednesday and Thursday; we discuss the desired finish with you.
Technical informationCustom alloys are also available by agreement, and we can work with your own material.
For optimal results, we recommend a minimum wall thickness of 0.7 mm for silver and 0.5 mm for gold. Thinner walls require extra attention to the structure and sprues.
We accept STL, 3DM (Matrix Gold/Rhino), OBJ and STEP files. If you design the model yourself, please allow for material shrinkage of approximately 5–8%, depending on the alloy.
3D design usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on complexity. Wax printing takes 1–2 days. We cast twice a week, on Wednesday and Thursday. Finishing takes about 2–3 working days after casting. Shorter lead times may be possible by agreement for urgent projects.
Our rates can be viewed in our price list. 3D design costs depend on complexity and time. Wax printing has a fixed price per model. Casting costs depend on material weight and labour. Request a no-obligation quote for an accurate estimate.

We cast your own gold and can work with your material. You may supply fine gold or fine silver granules for us to alloy to your specification. We can also have your old gold or silver processed by accredited refiners. This may reduce costs and make use of existing material. Please supply sufficient extra material for the casting system.
Creation de Vaal works exclusively with businesses. We ask new customers for a copy of their Dutch Chamber of Commerce extract (KvK) so expectations are clear from the first project.
We work with STL, 3DM (Matrix Gold/Rhino), OBJ and STEP files. Please discuss technical specifications with our team in advance.
Our 3D designs remain in part our intellectual property. You receive the right to use the design for your own project. We store the files carefully and can provide them on request. We never use or share your design with third parties or for promotional purposes without your express consent. Read more in our general conditions.
We provide a full warranty for casting defects. If porosity, incomplete filling or another casting-related fault occurs, we will cast the piece again at no cost. Design errors are excluded. See also the conditions.
Discuss your project with our Schoonhoven team. We are happy to help you find the right approach.
